Cancellation Policy
I understand and agree to the following: 1) Plan Validity: Multi-Session Scan Plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. 2) Rescheduling & No-Shows: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be considered used. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion. 3) Refunds: You may cancel your plan at any time and request a refund for unused sessions. Refunds will be calculated as: Refund = Plan Purchase Price – (Number of Sessions Used × $97 standard session rate). 4) Transfers: Unused sessions may be transferred to a family member or friend at no additional cost. Transfers must be requested in writing via email and approved by Hope323. 5) Expiration: All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
