Cancellation Policy

I understand and agree to the following: Rescheduling & No-Shows: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a booked session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be considered used. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion. Refunds: Session fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost. Transfers: Your booked session may be transferred to a family member or friend at no additional cost. Transfers must be requested in writing via email and approved by Hope323.
