Cancellation Policy

By booking any Hope323 service, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) Payment: Payment for all sessions is due at the time of booking or purchase. 2) Rescheduling & No-Shows: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be considered used. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion. 3) Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. 4) Transfers: Unused sessions may be transferred to a family member, colleague, or friend at no additional cost. Transfers must be requested in writing via email and approved by Hope323. 5) Expiration: All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Any unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited and non-refundable.
